The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Program Coordinator for the Institute of Politics (IOP) Elsie Hillman Civic Forum.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the six, student civic engagement programs. The incumbent will assist the Assistant Director of Student Programs and Community Outreach in communications to recruit and select students, assist with the courses associated with programs, maintain program handbooks, assist with event coordination and program evaluation, and provide administrative support as needed. The incumbent will be the primary staff member to coordinate the Never a Spectator Civic Engagement Forum and Legislator for a Day programs of the Elsie Hillman Civic Forum.
