The IOP has reserved parking at the Soldiers and Sailors Garage, located across the street from the University Club. The Soldiers and Sailors Garage is available to retreat attendees even if it is displaying a "Garage Full" sign. Please let parking attendants know that you are attending the IOP Elected Officials Retreat to enter the garage. The address for the garage is 4390 Bigelow Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
Parking Instructions
To receive a parking voucher for the garage, please request from IOP staff at the event registration table a parking voucher. When retreat attendees leave the garage, please give your parking ticket and parking voucher to the garage attendant to validate your parking.
